Terms and Conditions

Provab may make changes to the Terms and Conditions and update you with it.
All Partners are responsible for their compliance with the guidelines and terms of the Provab Partner Program.

  1. “Partner Agreement” means the Agreement by Provab between the Partner and Company, containing the Program Terms.
  2. “Company” the entity entering into the Agreement the Partner, i.e Provab
  3. “Partner” means an individual or an organisation who has subscribed to the Provab Partner Program for delivering services to the company.
  4. “Partner Program” means the program provided by Provab for its partners as amended by Provab from time to time.
  5. “Program Terms” means the Partner Program Terms and Conditions.
  6. "we," "us," and "our" refer to Provab, and "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the Partner.

The following is the eligibility criteria required to be a partner:

  1. The Partner must be of 21 years of age and above.
  2. A Partner is required a have some basic knowledge about how Partner Programs work.
Program Enrollment

Individuals interested in program membership are required to fill the enquiry form and submit it. You will be follow up by our team to take it further.

Membership Period

The membership period is valid for one year from the date of subscription. You will have to renew your membership yearly if you choose to continue as a Partner. To maintain your status, you must meet the minimum program requirement of at least 48 and 144 in the case of Basic and Premium Partner respectively during the term of your subscription. Provab reserves the right to terminate your membership status at any time.

Membership Fee

The membership fee is non refundable and is to be paid in advance through online payment.

Partner agreement

A Partner agreement governing the overall agreement between Provab and the Partner must be signed. The agreement outlines the general requirements and benefits of participation in the partner program.

Business Conduct

At all times you shall conduct business in a manner which reflects favorably on the Products, Services, and goodwill and reputation of Provab. In your marketing and sales of Products and Services, you will conduct your business in an ethical manner and avoid any business practices that may be perceived as deceptive, misleading, or otherwise improper. You shall not make any false or misleading statement concerning Provab or any Products or Services in any of your advertising, marketing or promotional materials or in any content.


If the Partner wants to terminate the Partnership in the middle of the validity period, he/she has to contact the Partner Manager and make a request of stop of the Partnership, explaining the reason of his/her decision. A notice period of 30 days should be given.

Likewise, the company may also terminate the Partnership under the following cases :

  1. If the Partner is found providing false information in the registration form.
  2. If the Partner is found violating any terms and conditions of the company.
  3. If the Partner is found misusing the company’s name, image and resources.
  4. If the Partner is found Inactive for a period of 30 days or more.

Upon termination or expiration, you will immediately discontinue all use of our trademark, and will remove all Provab badges and the Partner Program information and references from your website(s) and other collateral.

In case of interruption of the partnership, no fee will be refunded.
